A deposit of $300.00 (not part of the rental fee)
serves as a security deposit and “locks-in” the requested date. It
also serves as a damage deposit that is returned the first week of the
following month as long as the terms of the Event Lease are adhered
to. Prices subject to change without notice unless you've booked
with a deposit.
Though the Hall does not supply beer, wine, or other
liquor, we do have set-ups for one keg, coolers for wine, Champagne,
etc, and a commercial ice machine. You may supply your own alcoholic
beverages for your event, however, alcoholic beverages will be limited
to that which you supply.
No bottled beer is allowed. If alcohol is served, a bartender will be
provided. (Only FBA bartenders may be used.) Absolutely no alcohol is allowed for
events scheduled for minors.The
Hall reserves the right to check the identification of anyone
suspected of being underage and drinking alcohol.
In an effort to afford our clients with the safest
and cleanest environment possible, the Hall has a strict
No-Smoking policy within any F.B.A. building. Smoking is, however,
permitted outside of the building.
