What does the rental fee include?

The Hall rental is for 6 hours (5 hours for your event, the last hour to take down your decorations and clear the tables).

  • State sales tax.

  • Set up (tables and chairs arranged how you wish prior to decorating).

  • Clean up (following your event, our staff breaks down all the tables and chairs, deep cleans the kitchen, bar, floors, etc., so you don't have to).

  • On site Event Manager, should you need any assistance during your event.

  • Security.

What is the capacity of the hall?

The Hall can comfortably accommodate 200 guests based on auditorium and dining styled seating.

Do I have to be a firefighter to rent the hall?

No, the hall is available to the public.

What is the deposit policy?

A deposit of $300.00 (not part of the rental fee) serves as a security deposit and “locks-in” the requested date. It also serves as a damage deposit that is returned the first week of the following month as long as the terms of the Event Lease are adhered to.  Prices subject to change without notice unless you've booked with a deposit.

What is the deposit refund policy?

The deposit will only be refunded if we are able to re-book the cancelled date.

When is the rental fee due?

Hall rental fee must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to your scheduled event.

Who provides security?

The Hall provides professional security based on the type and size of the event.

What is the Hall’s liquor policy?

Though the Hall does not supply beer, wine, or other liquor, we do have set-ups for one keg, coolers for wine, Champagne, etc, and a commercial ice machine. You may supply your own alcoholic beverages for your event, however, alcoholic beverages will be limited to that which you supply.  No bottled beer is allowed. If alcohol is served, a bartender will be provided. (Only FBA bartenders may be used.) Absolutely no alcohol is allowed for events scheduled for minors.  The Hall reserves the right to check the identification of anyone suspected of being underage and drinking alcohol.

When will I have access in order to decorate?

Access to decorate for your event is provided from 10:00am to 2:00pm on the day of the event.

What is the smoking policy?

In an effort to afford our clients with the safest and cleanest environment possible, the Hall has a strict No-Smoking policy within any F.B.A. building. Smoking is, however, permitted outside of the building.
